Had training yesterday , before that was pool session . I think i've got muscles on my arms now , yucks ! All thanks to those pumping . But still , i'm looking forward to tuesday's training (*smiling widely) .

Dad is back from bangkok , like finally . I wonder if he bought anything for me :/
