Happy 43rd Birthday To Singapore ! :D

I went gym in the morning with partner . Intend to run in the stadium but its really to hot plus there were lots of people . The gym was really awesome , everything is so clean & new including the toilet . Run treadmill , but each time you are only to use it for 20 minutes . I run 1.75km & i've burnt 135 calories . Lousy ! Although there's air-con inside , i was sweating alot . Its been really long since i last sweated like this , its like 1234567months ever since i step down for volleyball . Hah ! Wasnt that tiring , its better than running/jogging under the hot sun .

I didnt went to look for dad . However , i saw him on the way home . Reached home around , 10 plus . Bathed & then watched olypmic in scv . Volleyball now , italian vs russian . Italian really damn strong okay , players are all super tall . Spikings are power , reciving damn strong . I'm not going out today , because i'm broke so i'm gonna watch olympic the whole day .
