Foot drill
Free-spike
After that do recieving
Actually was doing the drill that i like the most
Which is 6 people in the court
We were divided into 2 groups of 6
The other group will have to serve from the opposite court
and coach will be throwing the second from the side
But at the end did one onli, and changed to another one.
We got scolded like hell
Somemore there's rehearsal for the teacher's day performance
& its very noisy, we have to raise our voice while talking
After those tough drills, coach say we were left wif 15 mintues
& she asked wad do we wan to do for this last 15 mintues
They replied "PLAY SET-GAMES".
My team won [: I think the score was 18-25 .

4th POSITION :KETHLYN & QIAN WEN
SUB-SET : CHERYL
I felt that indoor training is even tiring than outdoor .
Lols. & the floor was super slippery =x
Perhaps its beacuse we have to run more
But at least there's no sun

After we were dismissed from training ,
JingYee, QianWen & I
Bought fries from the coffee-shop opposite our school
Saw Serene on the way to the bus-stop
Chatted with her for awhile , bus came
& then boarded up the bus & home .

Oh. yarrh. NG YUN KWANG wanted me to post this

I should have post this yesterday, but i'm lazy
"NG YUN KWANG IS NOT A PIG, BEACUSE HE SLEPT LATE LAST NIGHT"!
His afraid that i will call him a pig again [:
& now he still didn't reply my tag
Maybe his asleep. lalala~
But he will never admit it. =.=
