i went for the thrapy. LOLS! i dun noe how to spell lahx. they put a hot bag on my back. so warm. i so xiang shou. todae first session onli. have to go there again in 2 weeks time. wah sia lahx. the doctor sae mush do the exercise evrydae. 2 times each dae. den my dad sae quit volleyball. bt luckily the doctor helped miie. so at first he asked whether do i really really lyk to play volleyball so much. den i answered yarrh. hahahs. den my mum sae "to her volleyball ish important den eating. after tat the doctor told my dad "dun really have to quit bcos as you can see tat she loves playing volleyball tat much. even if you wan her to quit she may nort wan. and so wad if she quits she wont be happiiee".
